We acquire and redevelop dilapidated properties across the East of England. Once construction is complete, we either add the asset to our diverse portfolio of high-quality, well-maintained, high-yield rental homes, or bring it to market for sale—typically to investors or first-time buyers.

We specialise in the acquisition of mixed-use commercial and residential properties requiring development and refurbishment, typically working with motivated sellers who require a swift and certain transaction.

We develop

We develop properties using our highly skilled build team who follow a stringent schedule of works, we create aspirational homes for our tenants and buyers alike whilst adding significant value to the property.

We sell or we retain and offer to the rental market

Once development works are complete, the property is brought to the sales or rental market in line with the chosen strategy. From listing to let agreed typically takes around four working days, while sale agreed is usually achieved within ten working days—demonstrating both the quality of our properties and the strong demand within our target investment areas.

Toms role involves setting the strategic direction of the business, sourcing and delivering development opportunities, and overseeing all key financial, legal, and commercial decisions. Tom manages risk, leads teams and partners, and ensure projects are delivered profitably, on time, and in line with market expectations.
